We collect and maintain only the minimum personal information necessary to operate our member community. Specifically, we collect:

• Company name and title (provided voluntarily upon membership acceptance)

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, government IDs, health data, browsing behavior, IP addresses, or any other sensitive personal information. We do not use cookies or tracking tools on our website beyond what is standard to the Wix platform hosting our site.

Personal information is collected exclusively through:

• Direct submission by the member during the membership application or onboarding process

• Email communications initiated by the member

We do not purchase, acquire, or receive personal information from any third-party data broker or external source.

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose member personal information to any third party under any circumstances. This prohibition is explicitly stated in our sponsor agreements and membership contracts. Specifically:

• Sponsors, partners, and advertisers are contractually prohibited from receiving member email addresses or contact information

• We do not share data with analytics providers, advertising networks, or data brokers

• We may disclose information only if required by law or valid legal process, in which case we will notify affected members to the extent permitted by law

We communicate with members exclusively via email, using our private internal distribution list. Members receive communications only pertaining to their community membership. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at the address below.

We will respond to all requests within 30 days. Members who request deletion of their information will be off-boarded from the community, as maintenance of contact information is required for membership participation.

We retain member personal information only for as long as membership is active. Upon termination of membership for any reason, member information is removed from our systems within 30 days.

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to protect member information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include restricted system access, strong password requirements, and regular review of who has access to member data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and notify members via email. Continued membership following notification of a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Member contact information is stored within a Microsoft Exchange email server environment. Access to this system is limited exclusively to the community administrator (a single authorized individual). Specifically:

• Email addresses are stored as forwarding aliases within a private, internal distribution list

• The distribution list is not publicly accessible and cannot be used by anyone outside of our organization

• Member email addresses are never exposed in email headers or communications sent through the list

• No member email addresses are stored in any public-facing system, shared spreadsheet, or third-party CRM
