Gary Ahwah currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Molina Healthcare Inc., a Fortune 200 managed healthcare company headquartered in Long Beach, CA. With over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, Gary has dedicated his career to healthcare IT. Gary is known for his ability to empower and energize IT to prioritize business and customer needs. He has a successful track record of delivering complex strategic architectures while implementing cost-saving measures in various high-profile organizations. As CTO, Gary believes that developing digital capabilities is key to bridging the gap between current technologies and future innovations. Before joining Molina Healthcare, Gary held senior IT leadership roles at City of Hope, Kaiser Permanente, UnitedHealth Group, and The Walt Disney Company.

Grant Anderson is the CIO at Living Spaces Furniture, where he has been instrumental in integrating advanced digital solutions to enhance customer experiences. With a background that includes leadership roles at Tuesday Morning, Academy Sports and Outdoors, AtHome and Ahold, Grant brings a wealth of expertise in retail technology. His innovative approach includes implementing ERP systems, developing 3D room planners, and mobilizing sales tools. Grant is also actively involved in industry associations like the National Retail Federation and the Southern California Chapter of the Society for Information Management.

Bhupesh is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Howard Hughes Holdings, a real estate company that owns, manages, and develops commercial, residential, and mixed-USA real estate in the US. Prior to joining Howard Hughes, Bhupesh held leadership roles for 20+ years in global Fortune 500 companies such as Avery Dennison, Nissan, Hyundai, and most recently as CIO at Magellan Midstream Partners. Bhupesh has successfully delivered high value at these companies with comprehensive technology strategy, large scale digital transformations, and ERP implementations. Besides being a founder member of CxO, Bhupesh is the Executive Board Chair of Innovate@UCLA, a technology organization in partnership with UCLA.

Louise, an innovative IT leader for almost three decades, has a unique background in Accounting and Finance, prior to moving in IT. Prior to Halozyme, Louise was the SVP/CIO at QuidelOrtho where she lead an international IT team to enable the business through a significant merger. Louise has a broad spectrum of experience in IT including AI, Data Analytics, robotics, ERP, CyberSecurity and BPI, while working for companies such as CBRE, Arbonne International and Century21 Real Estate. She has served on boards such as AWT, Women in Technology Int’l, and was a member Chief, a women’s C-Level organization. Her passion is improving the IT and Business relationship, delivering quality solutions, networking, and mentoring anyone through their career.

Darren is current CIO of Discovery Land company and has 25 years experience with multiple luxury hospitality brands including Viceroy, Fairmont, Starwood , Faena and Standard Hotels.

Chris is an accomplished Chief Information Officer (CIO) with a remarkable track record of driving digital transformation across diverse industries. His extensive experience spans over three decades, during which he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. At Skechers, Chris has been at the forefront of the company's digital transformation for the past seven years. Under his guidance, Skechers has achieved operational excellence and maintained a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Prior to his current role, Chris held the position of CIO at The Disney/ABC Television Group. During his tenure, he gained significant international experience, including a notable stint in London. In this capacity, he spearheaded strategic initiatives that propelled the organization's digital transformation, leveraging his expertise to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve. Chris's accomplishments are underpinned by his ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions and leverage emerging technologies effectively. Lea Eriksen is the Director of Technology and Innovation and CIO for the City of Long Beach, where she leads efforts to leverage emerging technology and data to address civic challenges. Under her leadership, Long Beach has been consistently recognized as a Top 10 Digital City by the Center for Digital Government, ranking as the top digital city for the past three years. Lea was nationally recognized as a Top 25 Doer, Dreamer, and Driver in Government Technology in 2022 and was recently named a 2024 SoCalCIO ORBIE finalist. With over 25 years of professional experience in local government, spanning budgeting, finance, technology, and project management, Lea also brings 15 years of non-profit board and committee experience. She currently serves as the Membership Chair for Innovate@UCLA and Treasurer for the Southern California Society of Information Management. Lea frequently speaks at regional and national events on leadership, innovation, digital inclusion, and smart cities.

Allen Fazio is the Chief Information Officer for Houlihan Lokey. He oversees the firm’s global IT strategy, enabling its 2,600+ employees to operate seamlessly across the globe. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2017, he served as the Chief Information Officer for The Word & Brown Companies and spent two decades at The Walt Disney Company leading technology initiatives. He was Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney Imagineering, responsible for technology at Disney theme parks and resorts across the globe. He also led technology teams at Disney Cruise Line.​ He is an independent board member of Tierpoint, a cloud focused datacenter firm with over 40 world class datacenters across the US.​ Over the past decade, he was recognized by several organizations, including being named a Top 10 Breakaway Leader in Technology by Evanta.

Greg is currently the SVP, CIO at Whittier Trust, a growing wealth management firm with over $22B in AUM.  Greg brings over 25 plus years of experience in IT and 15 of those in Financial Services firms including investment management, private equity, mortgage banking and most recently wealth management. Besides being a founding member of CxO Greg is an executive board member of Innovate@UCLA as well as a board member of SCSIM.

Kevin Gray is a multi-award-winning Chief Information Officer, having served in executive leadership roles in the private and public sectors. Mr. Gray is well known for bringing Design Thinking, and Scaled Agile principles to the public sector, leading his teams to be trusted partners and advisors for their organizations. Most recently Mr. Gray was awarded the 2023 Info-tech CIO Award for achieving world-class level business satisfaction. Mr. Gray also won the Municipal Information Systems Association of California Presidents Award, was named Top 10 City CIO in the nation by CIO Outlook Magazine, and was an ORBIE CIO of the Year Finalist for 2023 and 2024.

Rosalia Hajek is a senior executive in information technology who is currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Topgolf Callaway (TC) Brands. She has provided cybersecurity to various public and private Fortune 500 companies across the North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions. She reduced cyber risk postures by $127 million across complex global business environments and the deal cycle of various Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures. Before joining TC Brands, Rosalia was the Global Business Information Security Office (BISO) for MGM RI, where she led a team of Business Information Security Officers tasked with implementing security solutions tailored to business-specific needs and driving the adoption of cybersecurity measures globally. Due to her partnership with the CISO, her organization significantly increased its cybersecurity maturity, with a 35% improvement achieved in 2022. Rosalia also spent nearly a decade at Kaiser Permanente, the country's largest not-for-profit health plan and an integrated healthcare system that serves 305k employees, 12.7 million members nationwide, and generates $112.7B in revenue. She partnered with the CISO to strengthen Technology Risk capabilities as the National Leader for the pioneering Privacy and Security Program.

Chad Hamilton is the leading technology executive at Fremantle, where he spearheads technical strategy and operations across the U.S. His role is pivotal in driving innovation within the fast-paced world of content creation. With over two decades of experience, Chad has been instrumental in the success of iconic shows such as American Idol, America’s Got Talent, The Price Is Right, Family Feud, Match Game, Let’s Make A Deal, To Tell The Truth, and Password. He designed and deployed Fremantle’s first AI-enabled streaming content delivery solution, which revolutionized content delivery and is still in use today. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events, where he shares his insights on the intersection of technology and content creation. Chad began his career at XDrive.com, a trailblazer in cloud storage, and served as an advisory CIO for a behavioral health company specializing in addiction and PTSD treatment for veterans and first responders.

George Hanna is the Chief Technology and Digital Officer for the LA Clippers. He leads a talented team responsible for the technology vision (commercial, operational, and experiential) for the organization, which includes the LA Clippers, their G League affiliate, the live entertainment venue the Kia Forum, and Intuit Dome, the Clippers’ new arena. Hanna’s guest experience expertise helps the Clippers build and grow technology infrastructure that prioritizes the fan experience across the organization that will revolutionize the live event experience. Hanna came to the Clippers from The Walt Disney Company, where he was the Chief Technology Officer of Disneyland Resort and Vice President of Technology and Digital. He oversaw a team of 300+ and was responsible for all technology and digital strategy and delivery – including accountability for more than 140 guest- and cast-facing applications, websites, apps, and the Resort-wide cellular and wireless infrastructure. Before joining Disney in 2015, Hanna’s information technology management career spanned more than 17 years at Toyota and IBM. Most recently he served as the Director – Vehicle Supply Chain Systems for Toyota.

Melanie Hildebrandt is Endeavor and TKO’s EVP & CIO, responsible for technology infrastructure, business applications, analytics and cyber security. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the Sports, Media and Entertainment industry, Melanie has led complex IT business transformation initiatives and innovative strategic programs by leveraging a combination of consulting and industry experience. Melanie is a strong advocate for inclusion and diversity. Ghalib Kassam currently serves as the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Information and Security Officer (CIO & CISO) at Los Angeles Times, which owns and operates Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Times Studios, and their community and lifestyle publications in Southern California. He leads a high-performing team that is focused on aligning a core mission of journalism with business transformation and technology strategies, optimizing operational service performance through continuous improvement initiatives. Ghalib has over twenty-five years of experience delivering Information Technology solutions and trusted management consulting advice to clients in the aerospace and defense, broadcasting, healthcare, high-tech, insurance, paper products, publishing, retail, transportation, and telecommunications industries. Ghalib has designed, implemented, and managed effective worldwide IT solutions, leveraging both on- and off-shore knowledge teams to drive metric-based business outcomes.

For over three decades, Michael Keithley has served as the CIO/CTO of Creative Artists Agency and United Talent Agency where was responsible for all aspects of technology. In addition to leading the Information Technology department, Mr. Keithley advised clients and companies on emerging digital business models, distribution platforms and other technology-related issues. Michael was also active in corporate consulting, marketing, venture funding, and strategic advisory services to companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Michael sits at the intersection of Hollywood and Silicon Valley and his strong ties to Silicon Valley’s venture capital firms uniquely position him to be able to peer around the corner on how technology is going to shape the future of work and play. Michael serves on a publicly traded company board of Veritone (Nasdaq VERI), a private company board (Bloomfilter), along with numerous venture capital and startup advisory boards.

Clemens Koegler is the Chief Information Officer at Red Bull North America, where he leads technology teams across multiple business units, including beverage and consumer packaged goods, distribution, and media. With over a decade of experience in the CPG, DSD, and professional services industries, Clemens excels at aligning IT initiatives with business goals, driving digital transformation, and fostering collaboration across global teams. He has a strong track record of setting a vision, developing strategies and processes, and building organizations that enable sustainable growth for both the top and bottom lines. Clemens brings a well-rounded business and technical acumen, with demonstrated hands-on experience in creating value by leveraging a broad range of technologies across various business models. Sai Koorapati is the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Mattel, and is with driving the company’s digital innovation. Koorapati oversees key areas such as technology development, AI, connected product design, and the company’s privacy and cybersecurity efforts. With over 25 years of experience, Koorapati joins Mattel after nearly a decade at Topgolf Callaway Brands, where he led a significant digital transformation as Senior Vice President of Global Information Technology. His work there included enhancing e-commerce, ERP, and analytics platforms while boosting security measures. His career also includes impactful roles at TaylorMade Golf, where he played a pivotal role in restructuring the global infrastructure organization.

Rob is an award-winning CIO and is currently the CIO of The CAR Group (Norm Reeves). Rob has worked with some of the most innovative and globally recognized companies including, CAA, Fox, EMC, and Gibson, Dunn, and Crutcher.

Chris is the current Chief Information Officer for the Motion Picture and Television Fund. Chris is a dynamic and results-driven Information Technology Executive with 25+ years of outstanding ability to develop and manage technologies and staff to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of an organization and improve service delivery of the technology department. Chris has previously held technology executive and management positions at Dell, Tenet Healthcare, WaveID, and Turner Entertainment.

Raymond Lowe has served as the SVP/CIO for AltaMed Health Services since January 2018. He has lead a holistic digital transformation including ERP – Workday, EMR – EPIC System, Data, Cybersecurity and technology/data center operations. He let the transforming for delivery healthcare during the Pandemic for essential workers defining innovative approaches for Covid 19 Testing as well as Video Visits. With his team of 130, they work to provide culturally competent care to a patient population of over 500,000 lives in Los Angeles and Orange County with many of them being 200% below the poverty level, primarily Latino and non-English speaking. Mr. Lowe has been recognized with such distinguished honors as 2024 – Most Innovative CIO – Healthcare IT Today, 2023 – HIMSS “Change Maker of the Year Award, 2023 Healthcare Digital “Top 10 CIOs in Healthcare” and Becker’s Healthcare: Top Healthcare CIOs to Watch in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Mr. Lowe has held senior executive roles at Dignity Health, Providence Health systems and Kaiser Permanente with responsibility spanning digital technology transformation, enterprise system delivery and regional CIO responsibilities. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. Electrical Engineering and M.S. Engineering Management.

Rebecca is an accomplished CIO and Board Member. She began her technology career consulting with Accenture and found her passion for omnichannel retail technology working at highly recognized brands including Reebok, Guitar Center, Petco and most recently a recommerce luxury company, FASHIONPHILE. She also holds her Master's Degree from Boston College.

Joel Manfredo is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience leading information technology, cyber-security, innovation and digital transformation across public, large private, government and non-profit entities. Joel has spent most of his career in commercial real estate, in diverse roles including finance, securities, development, leasing, operations, and, more recently, leading Information Technology; most of this experience was at America’s preeminent master developers, The Rouse Company and The Irvine Company. Joel presently serves as the Chief Information, Innovation and Digital Officer for the Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans (“MPI”). In this role, he has transformed the department and was a catalyst for making MPI the most technology advanced in the industry. Since arriving, he has extinguished all technical debt. Joel has served on several non-profit boards, created UCI’s CIO Roundtable, serves as an instructor in Women in Leadership’s CIO Certification course, presented many times in MBA programs and professional conferences, has been cited in IT research publications and has mentored many staff and colleagues. He has also been awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award (2023) and Innovation Award (2924) by industry organizations. Joel holds an MS (Finance), an MBA (Management) from Loyola University and a BS in Business & Economics from Lehigh University. Howard is currently the CIO of the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a 2x Info-Tech CIO of the Year Award winner. Howard has worked with some of the world’s largest brands including UCLA, Columbia University, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bayer Corporation and United Technologies Corporation. Most recently, Howard was awarded the 2023 Info-Tech CIO of the Year Award for medium size organizations. Howard currently serves as the Vice Chair for SCSIM and as Vice Chair, Membership for Innovate@UCLA.

Theresa Miller is an industry recognized, senior technology executive with over 30 years of experience leading media and entertainment companies through digital transformation. She is known for her inspiring leadership style and for her dedication to inclusivity through her participation on Lionsgate’s Executive Diversity Council and her board service with Women in Technology Hollywood Foundation, a 501c3 charitable organization, where she serves as Treasurer and is a member of the Executive Committee. Theresa’s career reflects a demonstrated track record in leading successful large-scale technology initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, on premise and cloud- based ERP systems, digital supply chain initiatives, data and analytics/Generative AI initiatives at high growth Media and Entertainment companies. She also brings deep corporate governance experience through her oversight of cybersecurity, work in internal audit and as the executive sponsor for business continuity at Lionsgate. Greg Moore is a seasoned technology executive with a proven track record of driving innovation, transformation, and operational excellence in the real estate industry. As the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for KB Home, one of the largest and most respected homebuilders in the United States, Greg leads all aspects of IT, from strategic vision to operational execution. With over 30 years of experience, Greg has a deep understanding of emerging technologies and a passion for leveraging AI to solve critical business challenges. He has successfully led large-scale technology initiatives, including digital transformations, cloud migrations, and the implementation of innovative smart-home technologies. Greg's expertise in data governance, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure has enabled him to build robust and scalable technology environments that support business growth and agility. Simon Nazarian serves as City of Hope’s system EVP and Chief Digital and Technology Officer (CDTO). Nazarian leads the organization’s overall technology strategy, transforming and expanding technology innovation through digital, AI and advanced analytics initiatives. He is responsible for evolving City of Hope’s technology and digital ecosystem, with the goal of enabling scientific discoveries, enhancing the overall patient and care team experience and driving commercialization. A seasoned visionary leader, Nazarian joined City of Hope in 2024 after serving for four years as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Optum Health-Care Delivery, one of America’s leading health care providers and health plans. He brings more than 25 years of experience developing innovative strategies and leading large transformational initiatives for Optum, McKinsey and Company, Kaiser Permanente, Sony Pictures Entertainment and other large organizations. Nazarian holds an M.B.A. in information strategy from San Diego State University.

Ron is a 3x CTO and is currently the CTO of Coldwater Creek & Soft Surroundings International. He has also spent time with brands including Boston Proper, McGraw-Hill - J.D. Power & Associates, and Cast and Crew Entertainment Services.

Thomas Phelps IV is the CIO and SVP of Corporate Strategy for Laserfiche, the leading SaaS provider of document management and business process automation solutions. At Laserfiche, he leads Information Technology Services and the AI Governance Committee, along with several functions: GRC, Strategic Alliances, Business Transformation Office and Product & Customer Support. He has spearheaded strategic initiatives and technology innovation to transform the business, optimize costs, and enhance security and compliance. Under his leadership, Laserfiche was recognized as a visionary, leader and “Customers’ Choice” by industry analysts. Previously, Thomas was the national entertainment and media champion for cybersecurity at PwC and an Adjunct Professor at USC Marshall School of Business. Lance, former CTO/CIO at Belkin International, Pelican Products, Sharper Image, and FAO Schwarz is a unique hybrid global CIO/CTO who rapidly delivers impact to profit and revenue and a 2x finalist for CIO of the year. Lance is a Founding Advisory Board member for CXO/50 and the Chair for the Southern California Chapter of SCSIM. His global corporate executive and management experience spans multiple industries and includes tenures during dramatic growth at ThreeSixty Group, Pelican Products, Belkin International, Mattel, DIRECTV, Sony, Warner Bros, NBC Universal, Cognizant, and PwC.

Tatiana is currently serving as Chief Information and Technology Officer for King’s Hawaiian. She brings vast business and technology experience across variety of industries: CPG/Manufacturing/Retail spanning from Fast Fashion and Sporting Goods to Food and Beverage and Prestige Beauty. Tatiana worked at some of the world’s largest companies, from Fortune 500 Alcoa and Estee Lauder to the World’s Third and Fifth Largest Apparel Retailers Fast Retailing (UNIQLO) and adidas. She and led commercial technology at Taylor Made and spent ten years at ASICS. Most recently, Tatiana served as CIO at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, leading company’s digital transformation into DTC channels, and became a 2024 SeattleCIO Large Corporate ORBIE Award finalist.

Rich Stefani is the CIO, GVP of Technology for Dunn-Edwards Corp, and runs an IT Shared Service that also supports two sister companies here in North America. In this role, he sets and manages the strategic and tactical goals in technology to support business growth and improve customer experience. Prior to working in the architectural and automotive coatings industry, Rich worked in executive leadership roles at Smart & Final where he managed large-scale projects and deployed innovative customer-focused solutions. He has presented at several Apple and Teradata conferences on mobile application design and development. Rich served four years in the US Army and supports several veterans’ groups. Rich is an avid saxophone player but limits his sound-induced terror to his neighbors and their pets.

Jennifer Terrill is Senior Vice President of Technology Services and Chief Information Officer (CIO) with deep digital transformation and cybersecurity experience. She leads Information Technology strategies for Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity at her organization. Recognized for her broad knowledge in multiple industries and enterprise applications, she is known by her peers for her vendor evaluation, negotiation, and integration acumen. She was named the 2013 CIO of the year by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Savio Thattil is an accomplished executive with recognized expertise in transforming retail and digital footprints, banking and technology industries on a global scale. Savio currently holds the position of Chief Digital Officer/Chief Technology Officer for Alo Yoga, Alo Moves, & BELLA+CANVAS brands. As a member of the executive team, Savio oversees all aspects of the digital organization including P&L for the digital business, performance marketing, CRM, data, consumer insights and customer experience for all channels. Prior to joining Alo Yoga, Savio served as the CIO of Commercial Banking and Enterprise Payments at Capital One. Ken is the CIO at Sierra Space, a next Generation Space Technology company that is building a platform in space to benefit life on Earth. Ken and his team focus on making “IT Like Air”, enabling others to do the impossible leveraging technology and process improvements to make it so. Ken has powered the IT/Business process engines at great companies such as SpaceX, Broadcom, Rockwell, and AT&T/Lucent.

Michael is a seasoned leader in digital transformation and marketing, with a distinguished track record working with top consulting firms like PwC, BearingPoint, and Andersen Business Consulting, as well as industry giants like Pioneer Electronics. Currently, as the Chief Information & Digital Officer at Epson America, he holds a unique dual-role, spearheading both technology and digital marketing for this global technology powerhouse. Michael is known for his ability to drive innovation and create strategies that seamlessly integrate business and technology to deliver world-class customer experiences and exceptional business outcomes.
