Prior to joining Howard Hughes, Bhupesh held leadership roles for 20+ years in global Fortune 500 companies such as Avery Dennison, Nissan, Hyundai, and most recently as CIO at Magellan Midstream Partners. Bhupesh has successfully delivered high value at these companies with comprehensive technology strategy, large scale digital transformations, and ERP implementations. Besides being a founder member of CxO, Bhupesh is the Executive Board Chair of Innovate@UCLA, a technology organization in partnership with UCLA.
Louise Brandy

Prior to Halozyme, Louise was the SVP/CIO at QuidelOrtho where she lead an international IT team to enable the business through a significant merger. Louise has a broad spectrum of experience in IT including AI, Data Analytics, robotics, ERP, CyberSecurity and BPI, while working for companies such as CBRE, Arbonne International and Century21 Real Estate. Lea Eriksen is the Director of Technology and Innovation and CIO for the City of Long Beach, where she leads efforts to leverage emerging technology and data to address civic challenges. Under her leadership, Long Beach has been consistently recognized as a Top 10 Digital City by the Center for Digital Government, ranking as the top digital city for the past three years. Lea was nationally recognized as a Top 25 Doer, Dreamer, and Driver in Government Technology in 2022 and was recently named a 2024 SoCalCIO ORBIE finalist. With over 25 years of professional experience in local government, spanning budgeting, finance, technology, and project management, Lea also brings 15 years of non-profit board and committee experience. She currently serves as the Membership Chair for Innovate@UCLA and Treasurer for the Southern California Society of Information Management. Lea frequently speaks at regional and national events on leadership, innovation, digital inclusion, and smart cities.
Allen Fazio

Allen Fazio is the Chief Information Officer for Houlihan Lokey. He oversees the firm’s global IT strategy, enabling its 2,600+ employees to operate seamlessly across the globe. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2017, he served as the Chief Information Officer for The Word & Brown Companies and spent two decades at The Walt Disney Company leading technology initiatives. He was Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney Imagineering, responsible for technology at Disney theme parks and resorts across the globe. He also led technology teams at Disney Cruise Line. He is an independent board member of Tierpoint, a cloud focused datacenter firm with over 40 world class datacenters across the US. Over the past decade, he was recognized by several organizations, including being named a Top 10 Breakaway Leader in Technology by Evanta.

Kevin Gray

Kevin Gray is a multi-award-winning Chief Information Officer, having served in executive leadership roles in the private and public sectors. Mr. Gray is well known for bringing Design Thinking, and Scaled Agile principles to the public sector, leading his teams to be trusted partners and advisors for their organizations. Most recently Mr. Gray was awarded the 2023 Info-tech CIO Award for achieving world-class level business satisfaction. Rosalia Hajek is a senior executive in information technology who is currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Topgolf Callaway (TC) Brands. She has provided cybersecurity to various public and private Fortune 500 companies across the North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions. She reduced cyber risk postures by $127 million across complex global business environments and the deal cycle of various Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures. Before joining TC Brands, Rosalia was the Global Business Information Security Office (BISO) for MGM RI, where she led a team of Business Information Security Officers tasked with implementing security solutions tailored to business-specific needs and driving the adoption of cybersecurity measures globally. Due to her partnership with the CISO, her organization significantly increased its cybersecurity maturity, with a 35% improvement achieved in 2022. Rosalia also spent nearly a decade at Kaiser Permanente, the country's largest not-for-profit health plan and an integrated healthcare system that serves 305k employees, 12.7 million members nationwide, and generates $112.7B in revenue. She partnered with the CISO to strengthen Technology Risk capabilities as the National Leader for the pioneering Privacy and Security Program.
Chad Hamilton

George Hanna

George Hanna is the Chief Technology and Digital Officer for the LA Clippers. He leads a talented team responsible for the technology vision (commercial, operational, and experiential) for the organization, which includes the LA Clippers, their G League affiliate, the live entertainment venue the Kia Forum, and Intuit Dome, the Clippers’ new arena. Hanna’s guest experience expertise helps the Clippers build and grow technology infrastructure that prioritizes the fan experience across the organization that will revolutionize the live event experience. Hanna came to the Clippers from The Walt Disney Company, where he was the Chief Technology Officer of Disneyland Resort and Vice President of Technology and Digital. He oversaw a team of 300+ and was responsible for all technology and digital strategy and delivery – including accountability for more than 140 guest- and cast-facing applications, websites, apps, and the Resort-wide cellular and wireless infrastructure. Before joining Disney in 2015, Hanna’s information technology management career spanned more than 17 years at Toyota and IBM. Most recently he served as the Director – Vehicle Supply Chain Systems for Toyota.
Melanie Hildebrandt

Michael Keithley

Ray Lowe

Raymond Lowe has served as the SVP/CIO for AltaMed Health Services since January 2018. He has lead a holistic digital transformation including ERP – Workday, EMR – EPIC System, Data, Cybersecurity and technology/data center operations. He let the transforming for delivery healthcare during the Pandemic for essential workers defining innovative approaches for Covid 19 Testing as well as Video Visits. With his team of 130, they work to provide culturally competent care to a patient population of over 500,000 lives in Los Angeles and Orange County with many of them being 200% below the poverty level, primarily Latino and non-English speaking. Mr. Lowe has been recognized with such distinguished honors as 2024 – Most Innovative CIO – Healthcare IT Today, 2023 – HIMSS “Change Maker of the Year Award, 2023 Healthcare Digital “Top 10 CIOs in Healthcare” and Becker’s Healthcare: Top Healthcare CIOs to Watch in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Mr. Lowe has held senior executive roles at Dignity Health, Providence Health systems and Kaiser Permanente with responsibility spanning digital technology transformation, enterprise system delivery and regional CIO responsibilities. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. Electrical Engineering and M.S. Engineering Management.

Joel Manfredo

Joel Manfredo is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience leading information technology, cyber-security, innovation and digital transformation across public, large private, government and non-profit entities. Joel has spent most of his career in commercial real estate, in diverse roles including finance, securities, development, leasing, operations, and, more recently, leading Information Technology; most of this experience was at America’s preeminent master developers, The Rouse Company and The Irvine Company. Joel presently serves as the Chief Information, Innovation and Digital Officer for the Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans (“MPI”). In this role, he has transformed the department and was a catalyst for making MPI the most technology advanced in the industry. Since arriving, he has extinguished all technical debt. Joel has served on several non-profit boards, created UCI’s CIO Roundtable, serves as an instructor in Women in Leadership’s CIO Certification course, presented many times in MBA programs and professional conferences, has been cited in IT research publications and has mentored many staff and colleagues. He has also been awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award (2023) and Innovation Award (2924) by industry organizations. Joel holds an MS (Finance), an MBA (Management) from Loyola University and a BS in Business & Economics from Lehigh University. He’s also completed Wharton’s Corporate Governance: Maximizing Your Effectiveness in the Boardroom course.

Theresa’s career reflects a demonstrated track record in leading successful large-scale technology initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, on premise and cloud- based ERP systems, digital supply chain initiatives, data and analytics/Generative AI initiatives at high growth Media and Entertainment companies. Simon Nazarian

Simon Nazarian serves as City of Hope’s system EVP and Chief Digital and Technology Officer (CDTO). Nazarian leads the organization’s overall technology strategy, transforming and expanding technology innovation through digital, AI and advanced analytics initiatives. He is responsible for evolving City of Hope’s technology and digital ecosystem, with the goal of enabling scientific discoveries, enhancing the overall patient and care team experience and driving commercialization. A seasoned visionary leader, Nazarian joined City of Hope in 2024 after serving for four years as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Optum Health-Care Delivery, one of America’s leading health care providers and health plans. He brings more than 25 years of experience developing innovative strategies and leading large transformational initiatives for Optum, McKinsey and Company, Kaiser Permanente, Sony Pictures Entertainment and other large organizations. Nazarian holds an M.B.A. in information strategy from San Diego State University.

She and led commercial technology at Taylor Made and spent ten years at ASICS. Most recently, Tatiana served as CIO at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, leading company’s digital transformation into DTC channels, and became a 2024 SeattleCIO Large Corporate ORBIE Award finalist.
Rich Stefani

Rich Stefani is the CIO, GVP of Technology for Dunn-Edwards Corp, and runs an IT Shared Service that also supports two sister companies here in North America. In this role, he sets and manages the strategic and tactical goals in technology to support business growth and improve customer experience. Prior to working in the architectural and automotive coatings industry, Rich worked in executive leadership roles at Smart & Final where he managed large-scale projects and deployed innovative customer-focused solutions. He has presented at several Apple and Teradata conferences on mobile application design and development. Rich served four years in the US Army and supports several veterans’ groups. Rich is an avid saxophone player but limits his sound-induced terror to his neighbors and their pets.

Savio currently holds the position of Chief Digital Officer/Chief Technology Officer for Alo Yoga, Alo Moves, & BELLA+CANVAS brands. As a member of the executive team, Savio oversees all aspects of the digital organization including P&L for the digital business, performance marketing, CRM, data, consumer insights and customer experience for all channels. Prior to joining Alo Yoga, Savio served as the CIO of Commercial Banking and Enterprise Payments at Capital One. In this role, he led over 1,200 technology team members in reimagining the organization’s Banking for Good mission, in addition to overseeing Capital One’s core payments, which moves $4 Trillion annually within the U.S. Most notably in his 25+ year career, he has held top digital executive roles at Sephora, Walmart, and Oracle leading technology development across product, digital transformation and scaling enterprise systems.
