The Founding Advisory Board is the governing body overseeing the strategic direction of CXO/RISE. Our board is comprised of executive leaders from the world's most prestigious brands. Their mission is to ensure that CXO/RISE exceeds the expectations of our member community.

Founder

Bryan is a member of the CIO Hall of Fame a 4x CIO/CTO. He has spent time in roles with brands including Vuori, Red Bull, and Beachbody.

Michael Keithley

Founding Advisory Board

Michael is a 2x CIO and has spent time in roles with brands including United Talent Agency (UTA) and Creative Artists Agency (CAA).

Melanie Hildebrandt

Melanie Hildebrandt is the EVP & CIO of Endeavor and TKO.

Lance Ralls

Lance is the current Divisional CIO - SVP of Global IT Delivery of Aristocrat. He is also the former CTO/CIO at Belkin International, Pelican Products, Sharper Image, and FAO Schwarz.

Greg Moore

Greg is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for KB Home, one of the largest and most respected homebuilders in the United State

Rosalia Hajek

Rosalia is the current CISO for Callaway-TopGolf, and former BISO for MGM.
